Founded in 2004 by Brian Schemp, Ground Zero started as a one‑man plumbing operation serving Gilbert. Brian’s commitment to honest pricing, meticulous work, and treating customers like neighbors quickly earned a loyal following.
As demand grew, so did our team and our services. We added HVAC, then electrical, and expanded to a second location in Chandler. Today, with over 30 employees, we handle everything from emergency pipe repairs to complete AC installations—always with the same family‑owned care.
We’ve built our reputation on solving the problems other contractors avoid: hidden leaks, complex sewer replacements, and after‑hours emergencies. Our name, “Ground Zero,” reflects our approach: we go to the source of the problem and fix it for good.
